SearchLove San Diego 2014 Conference Recap

Greetings fellow digital marketers! I was fortunate enough to have been sent to this year’s SearchLove conference in San Diego with a few of my other team mates from SEER Interactive. The event spanned two days, included 17 speakers, and was held at the beautiful Paradise Point Resort and Spa.

As SEO continues to require marketers to utilize multiple marketing channels and run integrated marketing campaigns, it’s important to keep up-to-date on the latest tactics. This year’s conference featured a talented roster of presenters that covered everything from UX, content marketing, storytelling, Email marketing, local SEO, automated marketing, and provide marketers with tips they’ll need to succeed in the rapidly evolving digital marketing industry.

It was a full house at this year's SearchLove San Diego.

To share presentation highlights, I’ve decided to embed my recap posts I published on my Google Plus profile which will allow you to leave comments and ask questions directly on the post.

Whew, that’s a lot of actionable advice, tips and tactics that you can start implementing today! While there was ton of great information presented, one of my favorite parts of the conference was meeting other smart professionals in the industry. Discussing the latest in search trends, wins, and failures, with your peers is in my opinion, is just as valuable as the information shared by the presenters.

I’ve attended multiple digital marketing conferences over the years, and would consider SearchLove to be one of the best. Who knows, maybe I’ll see you there next year?
